abt 24 hrs bball..whether need to stay for 24 hrs..i asked the person le.
e reply is
If your team is in the finals,then you have to stay for 24 hours.

The event will be held at Suntec Square (Suntec City, Outside Tower Five).

note: we had sent the indemnity and entry form yesterday le..now is only the entry fee..pls let me know if ur have paid the fee
We have not received your entry form, indemnity forms and entry fee. Please make arrangement to submit the forms and payment latest by 01 August 2007 (Wed), 2pm.


A receipt will be mail to you shortly after we received your payment.
Note: will print the receipt after i received.
It is compulsory for all teams to bring along the original copy of their receipt for this event.
The receipt will be used for registration, collection of NDP goodies bag, NEWater, 2 days special Privilege Card by SUNTEC CITY MALL and Bonus* Pack.
Teams who completed all the games will received BONUS* Sporty Haversack or Travel-Gym Bag and Sponsor Merchandize.
Any withdrawal or walkover by a team is considered contrary to the spirit of the game. Team that failed to attend any game shall pay a penalty fee of $50.00.
Goodies bag and Bonus* pack will be given based on the number of players registered as indicated on the entry form. No changes can be made to the team list after the closing date.
All goodies bag must be collected on 09 August 2007 before 5pm.
Teams are required to check the quantity of their goodies bag before leaving the collection counter.

We will be sending the fixture via email this Thursday.

Note: if u are asking friends to go to support u, i need to know how many supporters going so can plan to meet them at a certain location and proceed to the place at 8 August ok?

All of u guys have to read the rules and regulations for 24 hrs Basketball coz it very important.
and also
1. All players are to complete the indemnity form.
Note: Parents under 21 years old are to complete the form by their parent or guardian.

It my responsiblity that i have to: (read below)
Team Manager confirms that the members of the team have read and understand the Exclusion of Liability as set out and have agreed to participate in the event. In the case of players under 21 years old, they will have to obtain their parent consents.

INTER-CONSTITUENCY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 2007

The People’s Association (PA) and the Constituency Sports Club Council are the organiser for ICBBT 2007. The tournament is supported by the Singapore Sports Council and the Basketball Association of Singapore (BAS).
-The tournament shall commence on 8 September to 24 November 2007.
-The first series of matches for the first round shall commence on Saturday at 2.30 pm and on Sunday at 9.30 am. Subsequent matches shall be held on weekday’s evening at 7.30 pm and 8.30 pm at two venues concurrently.
-the organiser at its discretion reserves the right to change the date and time of the fixtures for the tournament.

-The tournament shall be held at Yio Chu Kang Sports Hall and Delta Sports Hall or any venues decided by the organiser.
-The final shall be held at Choa Chu Kang Sports Hall.
-The organiser at its discretion reserves the right to change the venue of the fixtures for the tournament.

5.1 Registration Closing Date for Entries: 14 August 2007 (Tue)
5.2 Tournament Draw: 21 August 2007 (Tue) at 7.30 pm at PA West Conference Room
